Why do we have this blog?…

          Originally this blog was for business, for me, but I never used it.  So since it’s creation it has been abandoned, edited, completely re-designed and now I think it has finally found itself.  P.s. It can be found via ChelsAndNick.com also. This blog is a place for all of our family and friends to find us wherever they are!  This is going to be our journey, the good, and the bad, all mistakes and adventures included! 

          So now it really begins… I am very new to the whole idea of blogging as you will see throughout the next several posts I’m sure.  I guess I could start with a short bio on Chels and Nick.

 I am me, Chelsea, and that will never change! I've been called an undercover hippie, sometimes just a hippie and I am more than ok with that.  I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 4 years now and have held a license in 2 different states.  I also own Urban City, LLC a local Property Management Company.  My goals are to continue to grow my business and to be a helping hand in the local "green movement" be it in my personal life or in my business.  I am a Boise native, I couldn’t wait to graduate and run off to Eugene (still Go Broncos) where I stayed for 5 years and went to school. While on my adventure I met some of the greatest people on Earth, managed to get my real estate license and then decided to start a business I would need to be somewhere I wanted to end up!  Needless to say, moved back home.  Moving back was harder than moving away, I knew when I left that I would always come back, but leaving Oregon I knew that I would probably never live there again. 

I do have to say that once back in Boise I found the one person in this world that I am supposed to share my life with (never thought I would ever say that!!)  I have always wanted someone with equal motivation in life, and he is it.  Hence, the new blog site!!  We share the most amazing goals and dreams and can’t wait for each new adventure.  Well that brings us to...

...Nick.  He is busy working on his own (meandmissbradley.com), so I will have to fill in for him.  Born a California boy and relocated to Idaho in High School, Nick has always been extremely motivated.  Before he graduated he had enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, and shortly after graduation he went off to boot camp.  Choosing Aviation Electronics as a specialty Nick excelled rapidly in the service.  The decision to leave the Marine Corps was a very tough one as it is something that he will always be very proud of.  Once back in the civilian world Nick started working as a Project Administrator for ISI, a commercial construction company.  He has been there for 4 years and has since taken over several other jobs, including web design and project management.  Yes, I did just say web design, I know the two don’t usually go hand in hand, commercial construction management and web design, but that is one of the things I love about him the most.  He is a nerd at heart (a good one at that!!) one of the things that makes him the happiest is working with code.  (I know, computer code… yuck!!)  I could probably brag about him for ever, which is why we should do our own bios… He is pretty amazing at everything he does.

Over the course of the last year we bought a house in Eagle, got a puppy named Bella, got a bike, traveled as much as we could, got a puppy named Teva, did a little BSU football, some camping, snowboarding and made some great new friends!

Decision Made...

ChelsandNick.com will be pointed at our blogger page. (for now)  Nick is working on creating our own blog website... his beta version is meandmissbradley.com!! I liked chelsandnick.com a little better than meandmissbradley.com so once he is completely done we will see.

We are trying to decide between a blogger blog and our own.... Nick has bought and is creating chelsandnick.com, but of course I am unsure of change....
